Public Exams amd Annual Exams are going to start at a time when summer is at its peak. school education minister Mr. Anbil Mahesh Poyamozhi has now indicated about early summer vacation for tamil Nadu schools. minister Anbil Mahesh Poyamozhi when he paid a visit to Tiruchendur Senthilandavar temple yesterday with his family.Then he told tje reporters that as the summer impact is intense in tamil Nadu, formal discussions were being undertaken over early summer holidays for school children and an announcement will be made soon in this regard.
Now is early summer holidays really feasible? We have our answers that it is a big NO. The termina exams foe Std 1 to 9 are starting on 5th and ending on 13th of May. Today being 3rd it cannot be practically possible to announce an earlier vacation. teachers are also squeezed out to the last drop of their energy with a heavy load of duties to be done at a very short time, such as final revision, pre exam works, exam duties such as supervision, and then the post exam duties such as paper correction, promotion etc., and invariably comes the preparatory work for the next academic year. So there's zero chance to get a break as there's no space at all in the timeline. With such a mental trauma and physical strain, how the teachers and parents step peacefully out of this academic year and step pleasantly into the coming new academic year?
