The people of this city are suffering without any drinking water, food or electricity. But russia is chasing that city like a hound.

The Russian military is attacking an art school where about 400 women, children and the elderly have sought refuge, fearing for their lives. The fate of the 400 people who were there in the attack was not immediately known.
