India seals an unbeatable win against West Indies..!
India won the second ODI against the
west indies by 44 runs. It also won the match and the series 2-0. Batting first,
india scored 235 for nine in 50 overs while the
west indies were all out for 193 in 46 overs. The third ODI in the series will be played on
friday (February 11).
India came to bat as the
west indies won the toss and elected to bowl first. To everyone's surprise,
rishabh pant (18:34 off three fours) along with captain
rohit sharma (5: 8) came to the opening. Kemar Roach gave
india their first shock by dismissing Rohit in the third over of the innings.
At this stage, KL
rahul (49:48 off four fours and two sixes) and Suryakumar defended the team. The duo added 91 runs for the fourth wicket as the innings plummeted. This time KL
rahul was out due to a coordination error with Suryakumar Yadav.
