The first arrest has been made in the case of releasing photos of Muslim women online through the Sulli Deals app. delhi police have arrested Omkareshwar Thakur, accused of being the SulliDeals app creator from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. delhi police has taken him to delhi with them. 


Delhi police Special Cell DCP KPS Malhotra has confirmed this. It is believed that after questioning Omkareshwar Thakur, more names can come out.


According to the information, Omkareshwar Thakur father Akhilesh Thakur is a resident of the New York City township of Indore. Born on january 17, 1996, Omkareshwar has done BCA from IPS Academy, Indore.

The maker of the Bulli Bai app got the SulliDeals app maker arrested.

Omkareshwar Thakur, 25, confessed to the police that he had created the Sully Deal app on GitHub in July 2021. Photos of several Muslim women were uploaded through the app for auction without their consent. 

Omkareshwar Thakur is a student of BCA. In July 2021, delhi police registered an FIR in this case. police officials said that Neeraj Bishnoi, who created the Bulli Bai app, was arrested by the delhi police on 6 January.

The investigation into the 'Bulli Bai' case has revealed that Neeraj Bishnoi was in touch with the creator of the twitter handle "@sullideals", which was used to create the 'Sully Deal' app on GitHub. The investigation proceeded on the basis of the FIR lodged at Kishangarh police station in delhi and now delhi police has achieved this big success.
