Samantha got Unwelcoming Comments in Hyderabad Court
Samantha and naga Chaitanya, the most popular tollywood pair, recently announced their split. Though the cause for their split is unknown, hostile content has been filed against her by several media outlets and newspapers. samantha recently submitted defamation cases against suman TV, telugu Popular TV, and another few Youtubers on this topic. samantha, on the other hand, received unwelcoming words from the hyderabad court.
Samantha can request an apology from the proprietors of the relevant Channels on youtube, persons, and news organizations rather than bringing defamation lawsuits, according to the kukatpally court in hyderabad, where she lodged the claim. Samantha's lawyer pleaded with the court to hear the case right away.
The additional district judge, who appeared irritated by the attorney's request, stated categorically that the plea will be reviewed at the proper moment. "Everyone is equal under the law in court." There is no distinction between those who are lofty and those who are low. The judge is supposed to have remarked, "We will consider your (Samantha) case as per protocol."
"Celebrities divulge facts about their private life in the public sphere and then bring defamation claims," the court added, according to reports. samantha also expressed an opinion in response to the rumours, claiming that false claims about committing adultery, abortions, and not having kids are "very distressing."
