IAS officer sent to prison for challenging Judiciary!

We know the law is the same for all. government employees, the prime objective is to serve society. Which would ease the well being of its citizens. When in some cases they fail commoners approach the Judiciary seeking justice. Once the court give the orders the authorities are to follow the orders honorning the court of Law.

 Now in the cases, it is not followed this is what happens. Some IAS officers in andhra pradesh have not cooperated with court orders, which is a cause for worry. Some IAS officers have been chastised for failing to listen to state government authorities and even failing to count judicial judgments. The ap high court recently surprised everyone. For not counting their verdict, the high court condemned him to life in jail.

The high court in nellore was incensed by the non-payment of compensation to a woman called Sai Brahma. Rawat, Muthyala Raju, Imtiaz, Seshagiri Rao, the then-Nellore district Collector, and manmohan singh were all condemned to life in jail. Rawat, an IAS official, was sentenced to one month in prison, while Seshagiri Rao, Imtiaz, and Muthala Raju received two-week sentences. manmohan singh, a former IAS official, has been sentenced to one month in prison. The punishment was put on hold for a month while the court considered the verdict.
