Pooja Hegde, the tall and stunning actress in Tollywood, has been facing a scarcity of movie opportunities in recent months. After gaining immense popularity in the South with hits like "DJ," "Aravinda Sametha," "Maharshi," "Gaddalakonda Ganesh," and "Ala Vaikunthapuram," pooja hegde experienced a downturn in her career.

While her films "Radheshyam," "Beast," and "Acharya" failed to reach blockbuster status, even her hindi movie "Kisiki Bhai Kisiki Jaan" with salman khan did not perform as expected. This string of setbacks led to a decline in opportunities for pooja hegde, with several missed chances and closed doors in the industry.

Initially considered for the lead role in Harish Shankar-Pawan Kalyan's "Ustad Bhagat Singh," she was eventually replaced by Srilila. pooja hegde also opted out of trivikram srinivas and Mahesh Babu's "Guntur Karam," which released during the recent sankranti festival.

Now, there are rumors circulating that pooja hegde has exited another highly anticipated film. The project in question is Ganja Shankar, featuring sai dharam tej and directed by sampath Nandi. While earlier reports suggested pooja hegde as the female lead, it appears she has withdrawn from the project after everything was finalized.

The decision to leave the film reportedly stems from Pooja's discomfort with the role offered to her. In "Ganja Shankar," the heroine's character spends most of the time portrayed as a prisoner in jail, and pooja was required to portray a deglamourized look in a white sari. Given her preference for glamorous roles, this did not data-align with pooja Hegde's artistic choices, leading to her decision to step away from the film. An official announcement is awaited to confirm her departure from the project.
