Sriya Reddy Finds 'Ponniyan Selvan' Confusing: Calls Plot Unclear.!

In a recent roundtable conference, actress Sriya reddy, known for her role in 'Salaar,' made a surprising comment about Mani Ratnam's 'Ponniyan Selvan.' She mentioned that she found the film confusing. Sriya reddy expressed her difficulty in understanding the plot of 'Ponniyan Selvan,' stating that the narrative was unclear.

Additionally, Baahubali producer Shobu yarlagadda shared his perspective during the same discussion. Shobu mentioned that if he were the producer of 'Salaar,' he would have introduced the world of the film in advance to prepare the audience. According to him, it is crucial for filmmakers to give audiences an understanding of what to expect from the movie. 


Shobu emphadata-sized that introducing the world and characters beforehand helps the audience connect with the story. He suggested that filmmakers don't need to reveal the entire plot but should provide character introductions to enhance the audience's engagement. Shobu Yarlagadda's comments focused on the importance of setting expectations and creating a connection between the audience and the characters.


Sai Dharam Tej, who was also part of the roundtable discussion, shared that his team had conducted a character introduction program before the release of 'Virupaksha.' This initiative involved revealing the names of the characters and showcasing their attire, contributing to the movie's success. The discussion highlighted different perspectives on film promotion and audience engagement, with Sriya Reddy's comment drawing attention to the challenges some viewers may data-face in understanding complex narratives like 'Ponniyan Selvan.'
