Mamata Mohan Das is familiar to Tollywood. The beauty who made her debut with 'Yamadonga' then acted in many films including 'Chandamama'..'Tulsi'..'King'..'Victory'. Just when mamata was getting busy as an actress, she got cancer. With this, Mamata's professional career was over. But mamata took her career as a challenge and conquered the pandemic. But in tollywood, there was no opportunity to make a comeback. 

As an actress, she focused on tamil and malayalam films as she did not get any opportunities even though she was launched in Telugu. Currently, she is mostly doing movies in Mollywood. But after a long gap she acted in telugu movie 'Rudrangi'. This movie will release soon. On this occasion, Ammadu made interesting comments about her tollywood journey. 'Some time after I started my career I was infected with cancer. My parents and friends encouraged me. Adequate precautions were taken to avoid unnecessary worry.

It is said that everyone data-faces a tough period in life. It made sense that I was in the same phase. I did not make any posts on social media at that time regarding my treatment. After a little recovery, I did malayalam films even in those conditions. But in tollywood, good roles did not come after KD movie. It was spread outside that I am still suffering from cancer..that's why I am not doing films. It got a lot of publicity in Tollywood.
