Lata Mangeshkar and Sachin had such a connection!!!

A year after the country got independence, a film came which gave two big stars to Bollywood, dev anand and Lata Mangeshkar. dev anand had done many films before this, but he got recognition from this film. Lata ji has a different but very interesting story. We will talk about that story, first let's talk about the cricket love of Lata ji, who is considered to be the incarnation of Saraswati. There is a famous dialogue of a film, if you want to see patriotism in india, then you will get a good view of it on three occasions. First 15th August, second 26th january and third when the indian cricket team has landed on a field.

Lata ji, who brought tears to the eyes of the then prime minister of the country, Jawaharlal Nehru, with her song 'Aye Mere Watan Ke Logon' (this is also mentioned in Lata ji's biography), then how could she not prove herself on these occasions of patriotism. Despite being a queen herself, she has been a fan of sachin tendulkar like any other common man. This has been seen on many occasions.

Lata ji was crazy about cricket

What is the level of craze for cricket in the country, what more can we say about it. Everyone knows this. Lata ji also had the same craze that reached the level of madness. Yatindra Mishra, who has written a book on her, has explained this in detail in his book 'Lata: Sur-Gatha'. He has told that after india lost in cricket, her mood used to get so bad that it used to take a long time to recover. Yatindra, while recalling an incident from the time of writing the book, had written in his blog- ''If someday sachin tendulkar is playing and the team loses, then understand that the discussion is going to remain in a state of pause for weeks. It was only cricket that stood as an obstacle in my book 'Lata: Sur-Gatha'.

Along with SD Burman, mahendra singh dhoni was also a part of the conversation

Yatindra further recalls the chirping of the cuckoo in the mind of Swar Kokila. He tells how happy she was when india won the match. He writes- ''Every time Lata Didi talked after many days, coming out of the cricket's trap, her voice also included the happiness of how india had won the last match in a great way. And then mahendra singh dhoni would also come in the middle of SD Burman's conversation very comfortably.''
