INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp cocoa powder; 1 cup plain flour(maida); 1 tbsp baking powder; ½ tsp soda-bi-carbonate; ½ tin (200 gms) condensed milk; ½ cup melted butter; 1 tsp vanilla essence; Chocolate icing and a few Strawberry's to garnish.     METHOD 1. Sift the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and soda-bi-carbonate. 2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with ½ a cup of water and mix         well. 3. Pour this mixture into a greased 150 mm (6”) diameter baking tin. 4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius(360     degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes or till a knife comes out clean       when inserted into the cake. 5. Unmould and cool on a wire rack. 6. After cooling, decorate with chocolate icing and garnish         with strawberry's.  It is a great treat for adults and children alike.
