Anil Ambani is preparing to sell 'Reliance Capital' to Hinduja Group
Recently, news of anil ambani selling his company 'Reliance Capital' has been doing the rounds on the internet. After this the same question is coming in everyone's mind that who is the buyer after all. If reports are to be believed, 'Reliance Capital' will reportedly be bought by the multi-billion conglomerate 'Hinduja Group'.
According to a media report, anil ambani has incurred heavy losses in recent years due to which lenders have lost faith in the company 'Reliance Capital'. As a result the company is on the verge of being bought by the 'Hinduja Group'. Hinduja Group is one of the largest conglomerates in India. The group operates in seven different sectors, banking & Finance, IT & ITES, Cyber Security, Trading, Infrastructure, media & Entertainment, Automotive, oil & Specialty Chemicals, Power and Real Estate.
Hinduja Group was the sole bidder in the second round of the bidding process. Talking about the bid amount, Hinduja Group has bid Rs 9,661 crore for this. According to a report, Hinduja Group will also acquire the cash balance of 'Reliance Capitals', which is a whopping amount of around Rs 500 crore.
The downfall of Anil Ambani's reliance industries is quite unfortunate, as it happened only a few years back, when the company had emerged as one of the biggest names in the industry with a valuation of Rs 1 lakh crore. Well, this deal is really huge for both the parties.
The final formalities of the deal are yet to be finalized and no official statement from either side has been made public so far. This deal is going to be beneficial for the lenders of reliance Capital. As per reports, Rs 10,200 crore will be given to the lenders.
