Firecrackers were banned on diwali in Delhi-Haryana in view of pollution, but all these rules were being blown up in a moving car on the roads of Gurgaon.It is also dangerous to burst firecrackers near cars, but the driver of a car was releasing firecrackers from a box kept in the boot of his car. The driver has been detained by the Gurugram police after being identified. The owner, however, asserted that he had just just sold the vehicle to another person.
