Dr. lokesh Vuyyuru has previously filed similar fictitious allegations. This physician, who describes himself as a well-known gastroenterology and internal medicine specialist, is a guntur native who has lived in Richmond for the past 20 years. He had even run for governor of virginia in the 2013 elections. A lawsuit has been brought here by an Indian-American doctor against prime minister Narendra Modi, chief minister of andhra pradesh ys jagan mohan reddy, and business magnate gautam adani for a number of matters, including corruption and Pegasus malware.

According to a search for Dr. lokesh, he filed a complaint against two hospitals, his former colleague Dr. Gopinath Jadhav, and Medicare and Medicaid fraud for performing unneeded biopsies in 2006.
