STRANGE VIRAL VIDEO..! Water that rose like a hurricane..!?
The National Weather
service issued a warning for coastal areas following the flooding. Dramatic footage has surfaced online on
tuesday off the coast of Destin in northwest Florida. The clip, shared by
instagram user Boo Freeman, shows a large pool of water gushing over a body of water against a backdrop of lightning-flashed skyscrapers. A huge tornado-like funnel seemed to connect the
sea and sky.

beach did not make landfall and moved away from shore after rising. Meteorologist Jeff Berardelli said in an
interview with Popular
tv that it was a hurricane and that such an inundation was not a normal weather condition.

news said the waterspout was a "swirling column of
air and water mist." During mild climates, "stable weather" watersheds are seen, whereas during severe thunderstorms "hurricane" watersheds are seen and have been said to exhibit the typical qualities of a hurricane. Many
