Helipad on expressways, Life is not cheap in India!!

Expressway: Every year there are more than 5 lakh road accidents in india, which is 11% of the total road accidents in the world. To reduce this, the government is going to bring many such facilities including helipads along the expressway, so that the deaths due to road accidents can be reduced.
More than 5 lakh road accidents take place in the country every year. Many people die in these road accidents, among them there are often people who can be saved if they are taken to the hospital on time or if they get the right treatment on time. Keeping all these conditions in mind, the government of india has decided that many such facilities will be provided along the highways and expressways in the country which will be very useful in emergency.
Union minister for Road Transport and Highways V.K. Singh told during a recent program that the government is working continuously to reduce road accidents. For this, the government is trying to build a helipad on the side of the expressway. Along with this, many more emergency facilities will be developed which will be able to take the victims of road accidents to the hospitals on time. Ambulance is also being arranged at toll plazas for immediate convenience. At the same time, trauma centers can also be made at these places (roadside) through hospitals.
Every year around 5 lakh road accidents happen in India
Union minister for Road Transport and Highways V.K. Singh said that there are about 5 lakh road accidents in india every year, which is 11% of the total accidents in the world. He informed that the government is working to reduce the number of road accidents presently. The government is trying to bring down the 5 lakh accidents that occur annually to at least 2 lakh. Along with this, he said that road accidents are due to someone's fault, which is being reduced by bringing awareness about road safety. He said that we all need the government, corporates and NGOs to come together to raise awareness.
Life is not cheap in India
VK Singh said that the government has taken several steps to reduce road accidents, including adopting international standards for airbags used in cars. “We recently issued a notification that just two airbags will not be enough and there should be six. auto companies need to follow the same standards that the rest of the world follows. Life is not cheap in India.
