Reliance jio couldn't satisfy its customers..!?

 No matter how hard the telecom giant jio tries, the company continues to data-face backlash from customers. No matter how many offers and services were brought in to compete with rival Bharat airtel, the setback hit again. According to the latest data, 1.29 crore users have left Jio. Meanwhile, state-run telecom bsnl has been growing its customer base since the launch of 4G services.

 This information was revealed by the telecom regulatory body Troy in connection with the month of December. jio and vodafone Idea are among the companies that have lost the most subscribers. More than 16 lakh subscribers have left vodafone Idea, according to figures released by Troy.
Despite wanting to increase prices and increase the burden on subscribers, iconic telecom giant Bharti airtel continues to attract new customers. Currently, the number of jio users in the country is 41.57 crore. bsnl has added 11 lakh, new users, to its network. After a long hiatus, bsnl pipe customers are making a comeback.
Jio also has plans under Rs 200:Jio has provided three plans in prepaid below Rs 200. hose includes Rs 179, Rs 149, and Rs 119. Even though they come up with new plans, airtel stands first in the Industry.
