Galaxy S22 to be launched in Samsung’s Metaverse
OEMs must come up with innovative ways to debut their goods now that live events are no longer a thing, at least for the foreseeable future. While there's nothing wrong with a traditional online debut, samsung is hoping to add some excitement to the Galaxy Unpacked event by revealing the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 in the Metaverse. The Galaxy S22 will be unveiled in Samsung's freshly created Decentraland virtual environment.
Linking your cryptocurrency wallet is required for participation, but it is not required. However, it's possible that samsung will have some special offers for individuals that link their wallets. When Galaxy Unpacked 2022 begins, you can use your keyboard and mouse to travel through Decentraland and peruse Samsung's latest offers. There's even a character builder where you may personalise your Decentraland avatar's appearance.
We took the opportunity to go around Decentraland for a while and discovered it to be relatively unpopulated. That could change once the Galaxy Unpacked event begins. It is, after all, one of Samsung's most important events in 2022, and it will certainly have something in store for the crypto community in the form of NFTs and other similar technologies.
