Sudha Kongara next with Kalidas jayaram
director sudha Kongara debuted in kollywood directing the Vishnu vishal, srikanth starrer Drohi, and delivered her maiden hit movie with the madhavan, ritika singh starrer Irudhi Suttru which had got unanimous positive reviews and also national award.
Following the success of Irudhi Suttru, sudha Kongara has wrapped her next tamil flick soorarai pottru starring Suriya, and the movie is reportedly inspired by the life of air Deccan founder and former army captain GR Gopinath and the movie is headed for a release this summer.
After this movie, sudha Kongara is directing a segment in an anthology movie for Netflix, along with Vetrimaaran, gautham Vasudev menon, and vignesh shivan and the latest buzz is that Sudha's segment will feature malayalam actor Jayaram's son Kalidas jayaram in the lead role. Actor Suriya was last seen on screen in the political flick, the disastrous NGK helmed by Selvaraghavan and his next is Kaappaan helmed by KV anand and the movie was a flop. Now, the actor rests hopes on his next 'Soorarai Potru' under sudha Kongara direction.
