During the t20 world cup 2024, Arshdeep Singh disclosed how Jasprit Bumrah's economical bowling, like to that of a "video game," enabled him take more wickets and help india advance to the semi-finals once more. India's primary pacers have been bumrah and Arshdeep, the latter of whom is one of the top wicket-takers in the competition.

After Australia's victory, Arshdeep gave appreciation to bumrah for his achievements, and the pacer kept praising his more experienced colleague. Arsheep stated that having bumrah on the opposite end of things hasn't been all that problematic for him in a conversation with kuldeep Yadav. Because of Bumrah's pressure, the left-arm bowler is able to obtain wickets by forcing the batters to play risky strokes and come hard at him.

It hasn't really been that hard for me, I believe. Jasprit (Bumrah) bhai bowls like he's from a computer game, especially considering the economics of the game."

"They attempt to vent their frustration on me by placing all the pressure on the hitters. When they attempt to play high-risk strokes, I manage to obtain wickets. Thus, he deserves a lot of praise," Arshdeep remarked.

Arshdeep also believes that the other bowlers, who have been doing well in partnerships, are providing him with a lot of assistance.

"Every other bowler we have is also lending a hand to me," They are playing pairs of bowls. While one is gaining wickets, the other is preventing runs from one end. Thus, as a bowling team, Arshdeep stated, "everyone is clicking well and the support is good."

For india, bumrah and Arshdeep have both been outstanding, particularly during the powerplay overs. With an outstanding economy rate in the first two matches against ireland and Pakistan, bumrah earned Player of the Match performances.

In six games, bumrah has claimed 11 wickets at an economy rate of 4.08. Arshdeep, on the other hand, is one wicket behind Fazalhaq Farooqi at the top of the bowling standings with 15 wickets in 6 matches.

On Thursday, june 27, 2024, india and england will play in the second semifinal of the t20 world cup in Guyana.
