The Arulmigu Ranganathar temple in Srirangam, Trichy, has opened a Medical First Aid Center for Devotees. During a debate on the grant proposal in the assembly on september 4 last year, minister of State for Hindu Religious Affairs BK Sehgarbabu declared that a medical first aid station will be established in 10 temples frequented by devotees in tamil Nadu. Following this, chief minister MK stalin held a video conference at the chennai General secretariat on december 31st to launch Medical First Aid Centers at seven temples, including thiruchendur Subramania Swamy temple, Thiruthani Murugan temple, and palani Paladandayuthapani Temple.
The Medical First Aid Center for Devotees at the Arulmigu Ranganathar temple in Srirangam, Trichy, near the Chandrabuskarani Tirtha pond in the inner sand dunes, was launched today in this context.
