Vasant navratri 2022: Do worship for 9 days!!!
According to the Hindu calendar, the first month of the new year has started from Chaitra month. Whereas Hindu New Year will start from Pratipada i.e. Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month. Chaitra navratri (Vasant Navratri)also starts from this day. The first Chaitra navratri is on 2nd april and the last navratri is on 11th April.
Do this work before Navratri:1. It is believed that gods and goddesses reside in the same house where there is cleanliness. In such a situation, the work of cleaning the house should be started a few days before the start of Navratri. Not only the house but also the temple should be cleaned thoroughly.2. Haircut and nail cutting are strictly prohibited during Navratri. In such a situation, you should also cut your hair and nails before Navratri.3. Before navratri, buy the necessary items for doing Ghatasthapana and also the Kalash, etc.4. Along with this, the items used for worship, fasting items can also be bought and kept in advance.5. Apart from this, different customs are followed in every area, so try to settle the work done according to you first.
