The prime minister will also launch the ICRISAT Climate Change Research Facility on Plant Care and the ICRISAT Rapid Generation Advancement Facility.
Both facilities are dedicated to small farmers in Asia and sub-Saharan Africa.
The prime minister will also unveil a logo specially designed by ICRISAT.
