The process begins when the horses are three years old, and they undergo training to familiarize themselves with various elements such as gunshots and vehicle horns. This extensive training and conditioning process ensures that the horses are well-prepared for their crucial role in the Republic Day parade, upholding a tradition that has spanned several decades.
