We have not increased the price beyond what the government has recommended. The price of a pill has remained at Rs. 2 for many years. The same price is still being sold." ,.

And he said. "During the Corona period, the raw materials for the production of the drug data-faced a steep price hike. Even then, we ensured that the pill was available to the public and sold without shortage and the price did not increase. The pill was mentioned in the inquiry because of its popularity," he said.

Govind Raju admitted that the Income Tax Department had conducted a search in his company last July and said that the Income Tax Department had checked their company documents for many years.
