After the period of tension over bifurcation is over, now there is some welcome reconciliation between the firebrand leaders of the two sides of divide over Telangana issue. At this point, the Telangana leaders are waving few white flags towards their Seemandhra counterparts.
It is known how much rivalry existed between Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal and the Pro-Telangana groups and prominent of them was TRS firebrand leader Harish Rao. In the last few years, Harish Rao rose as a strong force for the party and the movement.
Yesterday Harish Rao was invited by the editor of a leading media channel and he spoke his heart frankly and also took calls from DK Aruna and Lagadapati. Known for his somewhat aggressive tone and threatening demeanor, a different Harish was seen.
Lagadapati and Harish interacted very friendly on the show and at one point of time Harish Rao said that Lagadapati had right set of leadership skills and appreciated him for sticking to his word that in case Telangana is granted, then he would quit politics.
