An inquiry into the case of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is going to be reopened. In 2005, Lakshmi Parvati's wife Lakshmi Parvati approached the ACB court to prosecute him in case of disproportionate assets. However, Chandrababu got a stay in the high court on the petition filed by Lakshmi Parvati.

Chandrababu's stay now got canceled on the Supreme Court order to lift the long-standing stay orders in such cases across the country. The Hyderabad ACB court reopened the case. Lakshmi Parvati has been summoned to appear before the court in connection with the case. She was present at the court on Friday.

The Hyderabad-based ACB court will hear the case on May 13 at the case. She will be given an option to withdraw or pursue the case. Knowing Lakshmi Parvati, it is sure that she will not let go of this opportunity to pin down Naidu in the courts. She also has the support of YSR Congress and BJP now.
