First Look : Babu wants city of Vijayawada to get historical status
The city of Vijayawada have to superb data-face lift and this business city will soon have a City Square built on a mammoth budget of close to 135 crores and this news was revealed by the CM Chandra Babu Naidu himself in Vijayawada.
Chandrababu Naidu has told that this city square will be built by Guizhou International Investment Corporation of China on a five-acre land at the Swarajya Maidan in the heart of the city. Chandra Babu wants the city of Vijayawada to get historical status and is getting some important things done in the next few years.
Chandrababu also added that the City Square will be a jewel in AP’s crown and has also revealed that the city square will have shopping complexes and also a historic stupa which will become a huge tourist attraction.
Many buildings will be dismantled or will be shifted to different areas for this city square and the Swaraj maidan where this city square used to be built will be given a makeover and once this place is built it will have an iconic name in the history of AP.
