One of the key highlights of President Stubb’s trip is his role as the chief guest and keynote speaker at the 11th edition of the Raisina Dialogue, scheduled in New delhi from March 5 to 7, 2026. The Raisina Dialogue is India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics, organized annually by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs. It brings together global leaders, policymakers, scholars, business executives, and journalists to deliberate on critical international issues and strategic challenges.
President Stubb is expected to deliver the inaugural address at the dialogue, which this year focuses on themes revolving around global cooperation, geopolitical shifts, economic resilience, and evolving security landscapes. His presence as chief guest highlights Finland’s growing engagement in Indo‑Pacific affairs and reflects the deepening strategic dialogue between the two democracies.

The conversations are expected to cover bilateral cooperation in trade, innovation, clean technology, education, and emerging tech, as well as shared perspectives on regional and global issues of mutual interest.
Prime minister Modi is also expected to host a formal luncheon in honor of President Stubb, reflecting the strong diplomatic rapport between the two countries.
