Uttar Pradesh deputy chief minister Keshav prasad Maurya on sunday accused Samajwadi party national president akhilesh yadav of suffering from the disease of 'speaking half truth'. Maurya's comment came a day after former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yadav's statement in which he said that the voters of Etawah had sent Bahujan Samaj party (BSP) founder Kanshiram to the Lok Sabha.

He said that the truth is that if SP founder mulayam singh yadav had helped Kanshiram in Etawah in the 1991 lok sabha elections, then Kanshiram also helped mulayam singh yadav win by not fielding a BSP candidate from Jaswantnagar.

deputy cm Keshav prasad Maurya claimed in the same post, "But the bigger dark truth of SP is that on june 2, 1995, SP goons tried to loot and murder the biggest Dalit leader, sister Ms Mayawati, in the State Guest house in Lucknow."

The bjp leader said, "But bjp, which is always dedicated to the honour of Dalits, "saved both the honour and life of sister by reminding the SP goons of their mother's milk and foiling their plans." Maurya claimed that Akhilesh still boasts of his "army of goons" and SP is the real enemy of the backward, Dalits and the deprived.
