FIR against Yusuf Ansari, Kirit Somaiya had complained!
Before the ongoing controversy over aurangzeb in mumbai completely subsides, there are signs of the controversy over installing loudspeakers on mosques gaining momentum. This is because a case has been registered against Yusuf Ansari at Shivaji nagar police station for threatening bharatiya janata party leader and former mp Kirit Somaiya.
In fact, Yusuf Ansari had posted a video regarding the legal stance of former bjp mp Kirit Somaiya on the mosque speaker. In the video, Yusuf Ansari is seen threatening bjp leader Kirit Somaiya along with using abusive language for him.

On receiving a complaint against this stance of Yusuf Ansari, Shivaji nagar police has registered a case in this matter. Recently, a delegation of senior bjp leaders met mumbai Special police Commissioner Deven Bharti regarding this matter. The delegation included Mihir Kotecha, Suneer Rane, Captain Tamin Selvan and other bjp leaders.
During the meeting with Special police Commissioner Deven Bharti, Kirit Somaiya had said that Yusuf Ansari had threatened to kill him for raising his voice against loudspeakers installed on illegal mosques. After this, Mumbai's Shivaji nagar police station has registered a case under sections 196 (1) (a-b) and 351 two of the indian Penal Code on the complaint of the bjp leader.
Who is Yusuf Ansari?According to former bjp mp Kirit Somaiya, Yusuf Umar Ansari is said to be close to nationalist congress party leader Jitendra Awhad and Samajwadi party leader Abu Azmi. He has said that on april 5, a complaint was lodged at Shivaji nagar police station in Govandi, in which he had told that loudspeakers have been installed illegally on 72 mosques in Mumbai. After that Yusuf had threatened him by releasing a video.
