After the defeat in delhi elections, congress made a new plan!

The country's oldest party congress, which could not open its account for the third consecutive time in the delhi assembly elections 2025, has suffered a major setback from the defeat. This is the reason why the party leaders have already started to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level. Under this strategy, delhi congress has resumed the regular meetings of the Block and district congress Committee.

All congress workers participated in the Block congress Committee meetings held in 258 blocks on march 2 and in 14 districts of delhi on Thursday. Also, senior congress leaders including former MPs, former ministers of delhi, former MLAs, former and present municipal councilors and officials participated in these meetings.

Emphasis on bringing the party back to its previous position

delhi Pradesh congress Committee President Devendra Yadav said that the resumption of monthly Block and district congress Committee meetings will revive the party at the grassroots level in the capital. Devendra Yadav said that due to the assembly elections, meetings could not be held for the last few months, but since the meetings started again, the response of the congress workers has been encouraging.

Signs of change in the organization

Devendra Yadav further said that keeping in mind the suggestions and ideas given in the Block and district congress Committee meetings, the party will work towards strengthening the organization at the grassroots level. When the party embarks on a campaign to revive the party at the grassroots level, the strengths and weaknesses of the organization during the recent assembly elections will be taken into account. Changes will be made wherever necessary to strengthen the party.

The state congress President presented a new blueprint regarding the strategy to surround the new delhi government BJP. He told the party workers that delhi congress, as a responsible opposition party, will raise the voice of the people if the bjp government does not fulfill the promises made and fails to restart the development work.
