Why is the list of bjp district presidents stuck in UP?
The bharatiya janata party is still unable to take a decision on the list of new district presidents in Uttar Pradesh. The whole matter is stuck due to the social equation not being right and the infighting among the big leaders. The list has been returned by the central leadership due to lack of proper representation of all sections and women. In such a situation, the process of selection of district presidents will start again in the party.
The list of new district presidents of the bharatiya janata party should have come on 30 december itself, but due to infighting, there were a lot of problems in making this list, then sometimes due to delhi elections and sometimes due to some other reason, there was a delay of two months in preparing it, yet it has not been finalized. bjp has divided UP into 98 districts from the point of view of its organization. The selection committee had sent the names of 70 district presidents in the first list, but the central leadership has returned it due to lack of participation of women and deprived people.
The central leadership sent back the list
The top leadership says that under the Nari shakti Vandan Act, there is a provision of 33 percent reservation for women in the lok sabha and Vidhan Sabhas, in such a situation, the party wants that the participation of women should increase among the district presidents as well. At the same time, to counter the PDA of the opposition parties, the party also wants to give representation to the backward, deprived and Dalits. But, this was not taken into account in this list. In such a situation, the Center has been asked to consider the list again with consensus.
The central leadership has said that social equations should be kept in mind while deciding the new district presidents. Meanwhile, tension is being seen between the top leadership and public representatives in many districts. Due to which many kinds of allegations and counter-allegations are also being made. Recently, Fatehpur district President Mukhlal was also accused of taking Rs 50 lakh in the name of getting a post in the party. The party has issued a show cause notice to him. Due to various controversies, it may take more time for the list of new district presidents of bjp to come out.
