Chandrashekhar Azad's Big Demand Before The New Law…

During the discussion on the budget in the lok sabha on friday (7 February), azad Samaj party (Kanshiram) President Chandrashekhar azad demanded the government to make the salary of army personnel tax free. He said that this will be an important and meaningful decision in honor of our soldiers. Nagina mp Chandrashekhar azad said in his address during the discussion on the budget in the lok sabha that we are safe in the country because our army is standing on the data-border. He said that even in the parliament we feel safe because of the paramilitary forces. Therefore, there is a demand from the government that the salary of the army and paramilitary forces should be made tax free.

'The government should make the soldiers tax free'

MP Chandrashekhar azad said in the House, "If their (army and paramilitary forces) salary is taxed, then it is sad. We can understand their pain. Even if they tell their pain, to whom? When they do not have any union." He said that in such a situation it is important that the salary of the soldiers should be tax free, so that they can make their children progress.

In a message posted on social media X (earlier Twitter), Chandrashekhar azad wrote, "Yesterday during the discussion on the budget in the lok sabha, I demanded from the central government that the salary of the soldiers of the indian army and paramilitary forces (Border Security Force, Central Reserve police Force, Central Industrial Security Force, Indo-Tibetan Border police, Sashastra seema Bal, National Security Guard, assam Rifles) who sacrifice their lives day and night in the defense of the country should be exempted from income tax."

Azad Samaj party President and Nagina mp Chandrashekhar azad said that this step would be an important and meaningful decision in honor of our soldiers. He said that the poor had a lot of hope from the budget, but when the budget came, they were disappointed.

'SC-ST budget reduced'

Chandrashekhar azad, referring to a slogan of Kanshiram, said that 'the greater the number, the greater is the share.' He said that in the year 2024-25, the government had allocated 3.43 percent budget for Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste, while their population is around 22 to 25 percent. Similarly, in 2025-26, the government gave only 3.33 percent budget for SC-ST, which is even less than last time. The President of azad Samaj party said that seeing this, it seems that the government has improved the condition of SC-ST, while what is the truth on the ground is not hidden from anyone.
