bill gates said, "I know Elon for many years, even though I have not spoken to him for the last 18 months. But he is a member of the Giving Pledge and I appreciate everything he has done.'' When bill gates was asked that Elon Musk uses his platform to share political ideologies these days, bill gates said that he has no objection to it. He said, ''I think preparing details of government expenditure on zero-based budget technique can prove to be useful. I myself am one of those people who think that the deficit should be minimal. Otherwise, we will have financial problems. In such a situation, it is possible that with effort we can achieve something better.''

He said, ''For the figure he has mentioned, he should also focus on sectors like pension, defense and health. I think 10 to 15 percent of government expenditure is spent in every sector.
