Land survey work is going on in bihar and as the process is gaining momentum, the complete details of the land are also being uploaded on the portal of bihar Bhumi. However, after uploading on the portal, many types of errors are visible to the people. Due to this, the land owners are facing problems. Now big news has come about this amid the land survey.
deepak Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, has written a letter on monday (January 20) to all the Divisional Commissioners and district Officers of the state that wherever the error is found, its offline execution will be done by the concerned Circle Officer. After this news, now the land owners have got relief. By applying regarding the errors, it can be corrected.
How to apply?
During digitization on bihar Bhoomi Portal, if the information of Jamabandi of any other Mauza has been registered in any other Mauza or Jamabandi of two or more Mauzas has been registered in the same Mauza, then the land owner can apply offline to his Anchal Adhikari. The Anchal Adhikari will automatically register the correct Mauza on receiving the application.
It is written in the letter issued that till the online option is not given on the Parimarjan Plus portal for execution of complaints, the land owner can get the Jamabandi corrected by applying offline. Additional Chief Secretary deepak Kumar has said that the errors of Jamabandi should be corrected on priority level.
Revenue employees, revenue officers and Anchal Adhikari will have an important role in this process. If the Jamabandi of two or more Mauzas has been registered in the same Mauza, then the same process will be adopted to correct it. An option to include new Jamabandi has been given in e-Jamabandi.
