Baba Siddique Murder Case: sensational revelations?
The murder of ncp leader and former minister baba Siddiqui created a stir in Maharashtra. Now in this case, the mumbai Crime Branch has filed a 4590-page charge sheet, in which many sensational revelations have been made. According to the charge sheet, on the night of october 12, 2024, Gurmel Singh, Dharmaraj Kashyap and Shivkumar gautam fired bullets at baba Siddiqui and tried to escape from there, but with the help of people from the spot of crime, Gurmel Singh and Dharmaraj Kashyap were caught and Shivkumar gautam managed to escape. However, Shivkumar gautam was arrested from bahraich in Uttar Pradesh a few days later, he was trying to escape to Nepal.
It was told in the charge sheet that till 2 months before the murder, the accused were roaming around in Bandra with a pistol and live bullets and were doing recce of baba Siddiqui. Before the firing, the three shooters had done recce of baba Siddiqui's office three to four times. Investigation also revealed that every time while doing recce, the accused used to carry a bag with them in which they used to carry pistols and live bullets. That is, they were always ready to commit the murder whenever they got a chance and they got this chance on the night of 12 October.
Were about to give up the planning of murder
Sources also told that during the police investigation, the shooters also claimed that if the accused were not successful in killing baba Siddiqui on 12 october, then they were going to give up the planning of killing him. The accused claimed that they were disappointed after doing recce for so many days and were looking for an opportunity which they were not getting.
In the charge sheet, the police told that after firing on baba Siddiqui, the police will try to catch the shooter, in such a situation, the best way to escape from them is to use pepper spray. For this, the accused had spent 12-13 thousand rupees on pepper spray and kept it with them. As soon as baba Siddiqui was shot, Gurmel Singh attacked the police with pepper spray to save himself. The police have found evidence of pepper spray after this murder.
