The police action which started from gandhi Maidan at 4 am on monday in Patna, finally ended by 7 pm after prashant kishor was granted bail by the court. On monday evening, the police released PK after he got bail. After this, prashant Kishor's lawyer Kumar amit told ABP news how he got unconditional bail. The lawyer told that prashant kishor did not have to go to jail. He was on the way, after which he was granted bail.

lawyer Kumar amit said that when prashant kishor got bail for the first time, a condition was added to it, but at that time prashant kishor said that I will not accept any condition. The lawyer said that if you do not accept the condition, it means that you will have to go to jail. The lawyer said that some senior advocate was arguing and a lot of ruckus was happening in the court and I was not present there.

When prashant kishore refused to sign the bail bond, I went there to ask what happened that why he is not signing. I understood that these are bailable offences, so I requested the judge sahab to listen to it again and understand it. In any bailable section in which the punishment is less than 7 years, the police itself has to grant bail. There is no need to go to the court. The first mistake of the police is that they were not given the bill, they were made to run around for seven to eight hours.

After that they took him to the court and there was a lot of crowd in the court and that is why there was some lack of hearing during that time. The court proceedings are different. When we put our points in front of the judge, he reconsidered. After reconsideration, bail was granted. We told the judge that the condition is kept only when the case is more than 7 years. We told the judge sahiba that he should have got bail from the police station itself, because this is his first such case. We told the judge that now that the case is with you, why are conditions being imposed.
