I understood that these are bailable offences, so I requested the judge sahab to listen to it again and understand it. In any bailable section in which the punishment is less than 7 years, the police itself has to grant bail. There is no need to go to the court. The first mistake of the police is that they were not given the bill, they were made to run around for seven to eight hours.
