Temperature expected to drop in Maharashtra after 31 December

IMD has also issued a warning for the next three days. Meteorological Department official sunil Kamble said in this regard that the weather that is going on right now is normal and seasonal. Currently the minimum temperature is between 18 to 20 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is around 28 to 30 degrees Celsius. He said that however, there is a possibility of slight thunderstorm activity on the 26th and 27th in the next two days. Therefore, we have issued a thunderstorm warning for Madhya maharashtra and North Madhya Maharashtra. Slight thunderstorm conditions may arise in these places in Pune, Jalgaon, Sangli and Satara.


Meanwhile the official said that thunderstorm activity does not occur throughout the day, but it occurs for one or two hours, so we should be a little cautious. Whenever this happens, one should stay inside the shelter and take extra precautions. This warning is only for 26th and 27th, after which normal weather will return. He further said that whenever the winter season comes, sometimes visibility decreases due to smoke or smog, which is natural.


Moreover according to the Meteorological Department, the air Quality Index (AQI) also remains in the moderate range at this time and there is no unusual change in visibility. We can see the winter season till the first or second week of February. But after december 31, the temperature is expected to drop. The minimum temperature this year is seasonally normal and no major drop has been seen in it. The Meteorological Department has predicted lightning and rain on 26, 27 and 28 December. The Meteorological Department has advised the citizens to be alert during this time and said that this weather change is normal, but there is a need to be cautious.
