Miscreants demolished a 100-year-old tomb!
A shocking incident that has deeply hurt Hindu-Muslim unity has come to light in Budhana police station area of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Where miscreants demolished a several hundred-year-old Pir's tomb located on Kandhla Road. This Pir's tomb was a symbol of brotherhood and mutual cooperation between the Hindu and Muslim community. Some miscreants carried out this incident due to land profits.
At the same time, tension has spread in the area after the incident and Hindu organizations reached the spot and protested strongly. On receiving the information, SDM Budhana Rajkumar and CO Budhana Gajendra Pal Singh also inspected the spot. Condemning the incident, people of both the communities together lodged a complaint in Budhana police station. local people say that the demolition of this Pir is an attack on their faith and tradition.
Based on the complaint of Hindu organization's Pawanish, police has started legal action by registering a case against three people and 10-15 unknown people. It is being said that this Pir of the religious place is being removed to get the NOC for the petrol pump so that the NOC can be obtained.
Regarding this matter, CO Budhana Gajendra Pal said that a person named Pawanish told in Budhana police station that a shrine near Sabzi Mandi on Kandhla Road has been damaged by Gulzaruddin, Amil and Amal with their 15-20 companions. On receiving this information, we reached the spot through SDM Budhana and a case is being registered in this matter, peace is maintained at the spot. When the CO was asked that the bullies have done this for their own benefit, he said that this is a matter of investigation and it will be investigated.
