This user named anushka Dutta also shared an alleged mail from the company's HR in the post which said that "We conducted a survey to find out the stress at the workplace. Keeping your concerns in mind and to ensure a healthy work environment, we have decided to separate those employees who spoke of their stress. This step will be implemented with immediate effect."

But, today the company Yes Madam, which came under question, issued an official answer and called this entire incident its marketing campaign and claimed that it did all this so that people take work stress seriously.

If it was just about public awareness, what would have been the point. In its official reply, the company said that it has started a corporate program to reduce work stress, named "Happy 2 Heal". Under this, employees of companies associated with Yes Madam will be given head massage and spa in the office itself, so that their stress is reduced and they also become more agile at work. Not only this, Yes Madam also said that from now on, employees in its company will get 6 holidays every year if they are stressed. Along with this, its employees will also get a free spa session at home.
