How was the market closing and Sectoral index update?
Reportedly on the last trading day of the week, the domestic stock market has closed with a good rise today. bank Nifty, Financial services as well as Midcap-Smallcap stocks have closed with gains. india VIX, an indicator of market volatility, has closed in red today and with its support, the stock market has seen a weekly closing on the rise. This was the last trading session of this week and November. Today, the second quarter economic growth rate or GDP data will also come.
Meanwhile BSE's Sensex closed at the level of 79,802 with a high of 759.05 points or 0.96 percent. Apart from this, NSE's Nifty closed at the level of 24,131 with a gain of 216.95 points or 0.91 percent. Out of the 30 shares of Sensex, only 3 shares have closed on a decline, otherwise 27 shares have closed with gains. Among the rising shares, Bharti airtel has closed with a jump of 4.30 percent. Along with this, shares of sun Pharma, M&M, adani Ports, UltraTech Cement and reliance Industries have closed with a strong green mark.
The market capitalization of BSE has come to Rs 446.64 lakh crore and has seen a significant increase compared to yesterday. Trade has closed in 4050 shares on BSE and 2347 shares have closed with gains. 1606 shares are named in the falling shares and 97 shares have been able to show closing of trading without any change. In the sectoral index, except Realty and PSU bank, all other sectoral indices have closed with gains. A jump of 2.04 per cent and 2.35 per cent is seen in healthcare and pharma stocks respectively.
