Reportedly even after the bumper victory of Mahayuti in the maharashtra assembly elections, the name of the next chief minister of the state has not been announced by the nda yet. The opposition is constantly claiming that there is a dispute in the Mahayuti regarding the cm post and due to this the chief minister has not been announced yet. On the other hand, the Mahayuti meeting was to be held on friday (29 November), but acting chief minister Eknath Shinde went to his home district Satara. Since then, opposition leaders are claiming his displeasure, although Eknath Shinde and shiv sena leaders have rejected the claims of displeasure.
As per report a meeting of Mahayuti with amit shah was held in delhi regarding maharashtra, in which chief minister Eknath Shinde put Shiv Sena's side in front of Union home minister amit Shah. Eknath Shinde's party has demanded 12 ministerial posts along with the demand for the post of Chairman of the Legislative Council from amit Shah. A meeting of the Mahayuti was to be held on friday regarding the formation of the maharashtra government, but before that, acting chief minister cm Shinde went to his village Satara. The cm will stay in Satara today and tomorrow.

According to sources, there can be a reduction in the number of Ajit Pawar's ministers in the new Mahayuti government.
