As per report a 'unique' notice has been issued by the sub-divisional manager to the driver and conductor posted in Himachal Path Transport Corporation. Notice was issued to driver Tek raj and conductor Shesh ram posted in Himachal Path Transport Corporation on the basis of a complaint. A person named Samuel Prakash had complained about this to the Chief Minister's Under Secretary. This complaint was received by the Chief Minister's Under Secretary on november 5. However, now it has also been said that no action will be taken in this matter. Actually, on november 31, bus number HP-63-C-5134 was going from shimla to Sanjauli. It is alleged that an audio program was being played loudly in the bus in public. In this, there was a conversation between acharya Pramod and others. In this, the name of leader of Opposition rahul gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav, mamta Banerjee and Tejashwi Yadav were also coming in between.

Perhaps it is alleged that propaganda was being done against all these leaders in the video. It was alleged in the complaint that it is not appropriate to play such audio of conversation against any politician in a government vehicle in public. It is said in the notice that it was the duty of the driver and conductor to prohibit such objectionable audio in the government vehicle, but they did not do so. They were unable to do so. On november 25, notice was issued to both of them and they were asked to file a reply within three days. In case of not filing the reply, departmental action was also talked about. driver Tek raj and conductor Shesh ram have also given their reply.

Former Urban Development minister and Dharamshala mla Sudhir Sharma has raised questions in this entire matter. mla Sudhir Sharma said, "A very unfortunate situation has arisen in Himachal Pradesh. Now the government has started fearing even the audio being played in the bus. drivers and conductors are being harassed and threatened with action on absurd complaints.'' He further said, ''The government has completely failed and such notices are being issued to hide its failure. Sometimes the government inspects samosas, sometimes it imposes toilet tax on the public and after facing embarrassment, it withdraws it.''
