CM Yogi Adityanath said cases of encroachment on Public Places are sensitive
Reportedly there are many important days in the last month of the year, december, in which 6 december is the Mahaparinirvana Day of Bharat Ratna baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, while on 25 december, many events are proposed in 'Good Governance Day' on the occasion of the birth centenary of Bharat Ratna former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Also, christmas is also on this day. After this, people organize various programs on 1 january 2025. Regarding which chief minister Yogi Adityanath instructed all the officers and officials that there should not be any kind of ruckus anywhere. No one should mess with the law and order. Everyone's faith, everyone's sentiments should be respected, as well as an atmosphere of peace and harmony should also be maintained.
Meanwhile the cm said that on the coming 6 december, Bharat Ratna baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is the Mahaparinirvana Day. Many organizations will organize processions, meetings etc. to express gratitude to baba Saheb. In such a situation, some anarchist elements may try to spoil the atmosphere. Keeping in mind the sensitivity of the date, all necessary arrangements should be made in all the districts. Implement the sector system and ensure that no untoward incident occurs anywhere.
Moreover cm Yogi Adityanath also said that the cases of encroachment on public places are sensitive, the road is for everyone, for traffic, it is not for keeping building material, making private vehicle parking, building shops or unauthorized occupation by anyone. This cannot be accepted. In accordance with the democratic system, a policy of dialogue and coordination should be adopted in cases of encroachment on public places. All district Magistrates and Senior Superintendents of police / Superintendents of police, along with Rural Development Department, Urban Development Department, should ensure through local bodies that there is no unauthorized occupation by obstructing traffic anywhere in the state.
