Will assembly by-elections be held again on this seat of UP?

Amidst the ongoing assembly by-elections in Uttar Pradesh, Samajwadi party and bharatiya janata party are making serious allegations against each other. Meanwhile, Samajwadi party candidate from Kundarki seat of Moradabad, Haji Mohammad Rizwan, demanded the election commission to cancel the election. Mohammad Rizwan, Samajwadi party candidate from Kundarki assembly seat, alleged that efforts were made to stop Muslim voters from voting. Earlier in the morning, he had accused the police administration of being biased and intimidating Muslim voters.

'Election should be cancelled'

In a letter written to the Chief election commission, Mohammad Rizwan said, "In democracy, voting is being done in Kudarki with the policy of monarchy." He further said, "We have been put under house arrest in independent India. The other data-face of the government that says to use your vote properly has been seen in Kundarki." SP candidate Mohammad Rizwan, in a letter written to the commission, alleged that in this election, only a particular class has been given the right to vote. Whereas people of other classes are being harassed by lathi-charge. He has demanded from the election commission that in view of all this, the election in Kundarki should be canceled.

'SP will boycott the counting of votes'

SP leader Mohammad Rizwan demanded from the election commission that re-election should be held here. During this, Uttar Pradesh police should be removed from the election and paramilitary forces should be deployed. He said, due to rigging in the entire election, the Samajwadi party boycotts the counting of votes of this election.

Counting will be done on november 23

Let us tell you, today there is a by-election in Kundarki, Khair, Phulpur, Meerapur, Sisamau, Karhal, Katehari, Majhawan and ghaziabad assembly seats of Uttar Pradesh. Out of these, five seats were occupied by SP while four seats were occupied by BJP. In the year 2022, SP won 3 seats, bjp won 3 seats and RLD-Nishad party won one seat each. The counting of votes for the UP by-election will be done on november 23.
