SP MP Awadhesh Prasad continuously raising voice against such illegal action
Reportedly the supreme court on wednesday reprimanded the Uttar Pradesh government during the hearing of a case. The opposition has become aggressive on the ruling government of the state on this decision of the court. In this episode, Samajwadi party mp from faizabad (Ayodhya) Awadhesh prasad also targeted the yogi government. Meanwhile SP mp Awadhesh prasad said that I, my party and my leader Akhilesh Yadav have been continuously raising voice against such illegal action and we have been continuously opposing it. He said that there is no rule in indian law to demolish the house with a bulldozer.
When raising questions on the bulldozer action, the SP mp from ayodhya said, "If a person has committed a very big crime, then there is a death penalty for him in indian law, but demolishing his house with a bulldozer and killing him in an encounter is not there anywhere." Awadhesh prasad alleged that "Bharatiya Janata party has demolished so many houses in this state in recent years." He said, "When a house is demolished like this, many problems arise for the whole family."
Moreover mp Awadhesh prasad praised the decision of the supreme court and said that the court has given a very good decision. He said that I welcome and congratulate the decision of the court. The court's order to take action against the responsible officials is also welcome. Awadhesh prasad quipped that the yogi government will have to learn a lesson from the reprimand of the supreme Court.
