The responsibility of keeping the land of Bettiah Maharaj safe is under the Revenue Board court of Wards.

He said that Bettiah Maharaj has a very large land. people have illegally occupied it in the district. A letter has been sent to the district Magistrate as well as the Zonal Officers to vacate it.

At the same time, Bettiah raj Manager Anil Kumar Sinha said that there is an order from the court of Ward that only the settlement done before april 1, 1897 will be valid. The settlement done by the royal family after 1897 will also not be valid. It will be considered encroachment. Against such people, the encroachment will be removed by the CO cum Assistant raj Manager. If any kind of settlement has been done after 1897 with the permission of the Revenue Council, then it will be valid.
