What did PM Modi say on Urban Naxals that made Kharge fire?

congress President mallikarjun Kharge has launched a scathing attack on the bharatiya janata party (BJP) and prime minister Narendra Modi and called bjp a 'terrorist party'. This comment was made in the context of the results of the haryana Assembly elections, in which the congress lost. mallikarjun Kharge said in his statement that the ideology of the bjp is like terrorism. He said, "Those who threaten and lynch minorities are members of this party and prime minister Narendra Modi supports them." Kharge says that PM Modi gives priority to the interests of his party instead of the nation or the public, which promotes division and violence in the society.

Reaction to PM Modi's comment on 'Urban Naxal'

prime minister Narendra Modi has called congress 'Urban Naxal' on several occasions, to which Kharge retorted, "PM Modi calls those who are intellectuals as Urban Naxal, while his own party is involved in lynching and violence against tribals." He alleged that bjp governments torture tribal and Dalit communities and violate their rights. The congress President raised the issue of atrocities on Dalits and tribals especially in bjp ruled states. He said, "Wherever there are bjp governments, atrocities on sc and tribals are increasing. Despite this, prime minister Modi does not take any concrete action on such incidents and blames others."

PM had accused Congress

Last week, prime minister Narendra Modi addressed rallies in thane and Washim. He said in thane, "Congress and its allies have only one mission - divide and stay in power. They know that their vote bank will remain united. If we divide, those who divide will organize parties and celebrate. congress is being run by urban Naxal gangs. It is standing with the anti-nationals."
