He said, "Those who threaten and lynch minorities are members of this party and prime minister Narendra Modi supports them." Reaction to PM Modi's comment on 'Urban Naxal'

He alleged that bjp governments torture tribal and Dalit communities and violate their rights. The congress President raised the issue of atrocities on Dalits and tribals especially in bjp ruled states. He said, "Wherever there are bjp governments, atrocities on sc and tribals are increasing. Despite this, prime minister Modi does not take any concrete action on such incidents and blames others."
