Meanwhile, a big meeting of bjp leaders will be held in delhi on october 13 regarding the by-election in UP. bjp President jp nadda and home minister amit shah will also attend this meeting. Apart from this, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath, State President Bhupendra Chaudhary, Deputy chief minister Keshav prasad Maurya, Brijesh Pathak and State Organization General Secretary Dharampal will also attend this meeting.

According to the information, the dates for the by-election on 10 assembly seats in UP can be announced this month itself. It is believed that the election commission (EC) will release the program in the next 10 to 15 days. assembly elections are also to be held in maharashtra and Jharkhand. By-elections are to be held on 10 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh. These by-elections are in Ghaziabad, Kundarki, Khair, Meerapur, Karhal, Katehari, Milkipur, Majhawan, Sisamau and Phulpur. Sisamau seat of kanpur has fallen vacant due to the conviction of SP mla Irfan Solanki. Whereas, the MLAs of the remaining 9 seats have now become MPs. According to the rules, there is a rule to conduct elections within 6 months of the seat becoming vacant. The MLAs who became MPs resigned between 10 and 14 June. In such a situation, elections can be held on these seats before December.
